High Intensity Interval and Slow Intensity Interval Training at TAC

Don't let the word "Intensity" scare you - this type of training and these classes available at TAC are one of the greatest ways to get a functional workout in just 30 minutes!

Hight Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) can do wonders for your body, research has shown that interval training can "elicit favorable changes in body composition, specifically a decrease in fat mass coupled with an increase in lean body mass".

Slow Intensity Interval Training (SIIT) can do the same, with lower intensity eccentric movements to exhaust muscles.
