12 Week Marathon Program

Join Coach Jen and Coach Mary, starting April 20th.  You will be guided through 12 weeks (April 20 - July 9) of building your running mileage as well as improving your core & body strength, power and stability.  


Program Includes: Sunday group long run, mid-week speed and strength group workout followed by topic discussion, weekly run schedule, weekly emails, group support and much more fun than running on your own!

Come to the Informational Meeting on 

Wed, April 13th at 6pm or Sat, April 16 at 8:30am at The Aspen Clinic (TAC)

Coach Jennifer Mendez is a Lead Personal Trainer at TAC who specializes in biomechanics. Jennifer has completed 30 half-marathons, 24 marathons and six ultra-marathons and was a marathon training coach with Luke’s Locker in Dallas.  Coach Mary Cote is a two-time Olympic Marathon Trials Qualifier and has completed 35 marathons, three 50K’s and around 50 half-marathons. Mary has trained from beginner to elite.
