When it comes to your health it seems as if we are either seeking wellness, recovering from illness or managing a chronic condition. It's a cycle of staying well, getting well and being well. Understand that you are the most important member of your own health care. Collectively, we at TAC, we will all take responsibility for your health, well-being, goals and needs.

Mind

Examine your values and priorities, then set your short-and-long-term goals. Recognize that your thoughts lead to your feelings, your actions and results. Challenge yourself to think positively and powerfully.

 

Body

Focus on improving your health. Make small changes rather than trying to overhaul your entire life. Eat fresh, healthful and interesting foods. Engage in physical activities regularly. Get plenty of rest and adequate sleep. Take care of your health needs and don't ignore new or unusual symptoms.

 

Spirit

Practice mindfulness. Be fully present in whatever you're doing - eating, talking, working or playing to experience the full pleasure, satisfaction and meaning. See your problems and opportunities for learning and growth. Be thankful and practice kindness without any expectation of anything in return.
