April 25, 2019I love this gym! The positive inspirational quotes at the top of the stairs and around the gym area are the first thing that you see ! They really start your day off in the right direction! The classes and instructors are wonderful! Very clean and well managed gym! I was referred by a friend and now I have been passing on the word ! This gym is great! I look forward to heading to the gym to work out and feel good! The online app is easy to use and decent prices for such a great gym! Thank you!

The staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly- the atmosphere is a great blend of humanity. All ages are welcome, all fitness level are welcome- it's a home run
